FitnessEtc.Com will gladly exchange or provide you with a store credit for your regularly priced merchandise (clearance merchandise and lingerie items are not returnable) returned within 10 days from the day your merchandise arrives to your ship to address.

FitnessEtc.Com is only able to accept returns on products that are returned in Original Condition. We cannot accept any items that have been laundered, worn, soiled, altered, or with garment tags unattached.  You may return your merchandise for an exchange or store credit (excluding shipping fees). 

Please email sales@fitnessetc.com for a return authorization number. Put the return authorization number on the outside of your package and ship via US mail to: PO Box 940846, Houston, Texas  77094.The package must be prepaid and insured.  Fitness Etc. does not accept COD's. Please Note: Packages returned without a return authorization number on the outside of the package will be refused. 

Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed from the date it arrives to Fitness Etc. Returns department.  When making an exchange: Please allow 2-3 weeks for new delivery. Fitness Etc. does not pay shipping on exchanges, shipping charges are not refundable
